Here, we take all the information gleaned in the client meeting and transform it into a floor plan, 3D designs, and walk-through video. This video is incredibly detailed, enabling the client to get a real feel for the building and the space. At this point, the vision begins to take shape. 

• Step 3: Design Development: Once the client has seen the initial design concept, they’ll get ample time to consider the residential architectural project and make any changes. We offer clients as many video edits as they need to give them the optimal peace of mind that their dream home will be created. When the client is 100% happy, we’ll sign off on the project and start the administrative elements. 

• Step 4: Documentation: This stage has the least client involvement and involves the submission of all the right paperwork. During this stage, we’ll handle council submissions as well as drawing detailed designs for the construction component of the project. This ensures that the initial vision comes to life successfully.
